Dems Demand Biden Do More for Migrants

So, if you had to pick one issue in this country, what do you think members of Congress would choose to focus on?

Would it be to help our disabled or homeless veterans? Would it be to offer training for more skilled workers?

If you guessed any of those issues, you would be wrong.

Help the Migrants

The focus for more than 100 House Democrats was for Biden to take action to help illegal immigrants in this country.

Biden and Secretary Mayorkas received a nice little letter from 103 House Dems demanding they take actions that will benefit migrants, reported The Hill.

Democrats want executive actions taken to benefit “certain undocumented individuals who are stuck in limbo and asylum seekers in obtaining work authorization.”

Additionally, Democrats want the waiting period for work permits to be waived, writing, "The administration could assist asylum seekers and their communities by increasing the use of parole and decreasing the regulatory 150-day wait period for asylum seekers to apply for work authorization."

The impact of immigration is crushing American workers under this administration, driving hourly wages down.

A study by immigration economist George Borjas found, “The immigration surplus of $35 billion comes from reducing the wages of natives in competition with immigrants by an estimated $402 billion a year, while increasing profits or the incomes of users of immigrants by an estimated $437 billion."

So, just think about that…

Democrats now only want Biden to spend your tax dollars on illegal immigrants, but they want to do it in a way that will help ensure many Americans bring home less money to their families in an economy that Biden created that is crushing every single one of us.

Americans last… the motto of a Democrat-run government.

Sadly, about half of this country continues to elect these clowns into office.
