Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) just did something that will aggravate a lot of Democrats.
Warner gave Donald Trump credit for calling out TikTok years ago.
He noted the confirmed ties that TikTok has to China as well as the national security threat it poses.
Trump Was Right
Warner is the current Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
He was discussing TikTok with the Sidney Morning Herald when he made his comments.
He stated, "This is not something you would typically hear me say, but Donald Trump was right on TikTok years ago.
"If your country uses Huawei, if your kids are on TikTok … the ability for China to have undue influence is a much greater challenge and a much more immediate threat than any kind of actual, armed conflict."
Trump had written an executive order banning TikTok unless it ended its relationship with Chinese parent company ByteDance.
The order was blocked by a federal judge, then later rescinded by Joe Biden.
Just another example of Joe taking care of his Chinese buddies at the expense of the American people.
