How do you say you are not happy with Joe Biden without actually saying it?
Well, if you are a Democrat, you go on national TV and invite everyone to “take a chance” in the election.
That is what Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) just did while appearing on “Meet the Press” this past Sunday.

I don’t care what Democrats are saying publicly about Joe Biden, there is no way they can feel confident about their chances at the top of the ticket, not to mention down-ballot races, with Joe Biden leading the way in 2024.
The problem for Democrats goes way beyond the presidency.
If they have a low turnout, they could lose the Senate and have the gap in the House widened. They simply cannot afford to turn Congress and the White House over to Republicans, and they know it.
That is why you have some Democrats dropping some subtle hints about other people entering the race.
To that point, Phillips stated, "I would like to see a moderate governor, hopefully from the heartland, from one of the four states that Democrats will need.
"Anybody who wants to run, Joe Manchin, Cornel West ... that's why we have primaries because that doesn't undermine the likelihood of returning, in this case, a Democrat to the White House. I'm actively inviting, encouraging to some degree, imploring, that people who are ready and know it's probably time to do so take the chance,” reported Fox News.

While Boothe is right, the fact of the matter is that Democrat voters will never go away from the party (the majority of them).
Even though they are unhappy with Joe Biden, they will still vote for him because he is the Democrat in the race, or they will just stay home.
I have stated many times that it will be tough for Trump to win, but all Republican voters need to do is show up on election day and Trump will win. The problem there, however, is that there are more than a few Republicans who will never pull the handle for Trump, which is why we have so many undecided voters and this race remains dead even in polling.
