It would appear that Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) has a bit of a temper and no time for those that do not do exactly as they are told.
Audio of an exchange between Lee and a staffer is blowing up on the internet.
Lee is going ballistic on her staffer over an apparent scheduling mishap.
Stupid!
Lee, who has been endorsed by all the power brokers in the Democrat Party, is now running for Mayor of Houston. I am sure her future staff may want to check out this report.
The recording was secured by a Texas newspaper called The Current Revolt.
As the staffer tried to explain that he needed to call another staffer for the information Lee wanted, she went off, stating, "I don't want you to do a [expletive] thing. I want you to have a [expletive] brain. I want you to have read it. I want you to say, 'Congresswoman, it was such and such a date. That's what I want. That's the kind of staff that I want to have."

Lee is no stranger to staffers calling her out for creating a hostile work environment.
Back in 2011, there was an extensive Daily Caller report on former staffers saying that she had used inflammatory language and had called them names when addressing them.
Lee has also been accused of making her staff work extra long hours and serving as her taxi service.
In 2019, Lee's hand was forced and she had to resign as the Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) due to a legal action that was taken against the group by an alleged victim of rape by a supervisor.
Now, let's pretend for a second that audio was of any Republican in office. We all know what would be happening right now.
There would be calls not only to drop out of the mayor's race, but also to resign from Congress as well.
This is a Democrat, however, so let's wait and see how this all pans out.
My guess is that Lee's office will ignore the media requests for comment and eventually, the story will die down, especially since there is not a single mainstream media outlet covering the story other than Fox News at this moment.
Let's also remember that after taking office, Biden said he would not tolerate anything like this in his administration. And even though Lee is not in his administration, she is in the Democrat Party, so we would expect Biden to have something to say about it.
