Dem Congressman Fires Staffer for Post After Trump Assassination Attempt

These people are truly sick.

One would think an assassination attempt would at least get people to act human, but that was not the case for one Democrat staffer.

After the shooting, the staffer made a horrifying post about Trump, but, thankfully, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) fired the staffer.

You Bear the Blame

Before I get into what the staffer said, let’s not forget that Thompson introduced legislation to strip Trump of his Secret Service protection.

Thompson had introduced a bill that would have blocked Secret Service protection for convicted felons, clearly targeting Trump.

So, just think about that for a second…

Getting back to the staffer, the staffer allegedly posted “....don’t miss next time” on social media after the failed assassination attempt.

Thompson’s now-former field director Jacqueline Marsaw posted, "I don't condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you don't miss next time ooops that wasn't me talking."

I guess that was supposed to be funny, but instead, it cost her job and likely her future in politics.

Thompson responded, "I was made aware of a post made by a staff member and she is no longer in my employment.”

Like or hate Trump, this was not something to joke about, as an innocent man, a hero, was killed, and two other people were wounded.

It just goes to show a high level of sickness and hate among Democrats.

A former president was less than an inch from losing his life, and these people think that is funny.

At least Thompson fired her, though, as it would not have been surprising to hear him simply suspend her.

Make no mistake at all… the vile rhetoric by Democrats leading up to this rally was responsible for this attack against Trump.

Biden, Pelosi, Waters, AOC, and dozens of others had their supporters whipped up… and this was the result.
