PA Election Officials Will Defy Supreme Court Ruling on Election

The corruption in Pennsylvania elections will continue.

The state is blatantly disregarding guidance from the Supreme Court on mail-in voting.

The one aspect of the election everyone is concerned about, yet Democrats are telling the Supreme Court to mind its business.

We Got This

Rather than follow the Supreme Court guidance, PA election officials insist they have a lawful practice for handling these ballots.

Historically, all mail-in ballots in PA were required to have a valid signature and date on the outside of the return envelope, otherwise, the ballot is void.

Acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman stated, "Every county is expected to include undated ballots in their official returns for the Nov. 8 election, consistent with the Department of State's guidance.

"That guidance followed the most recent ruling of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court holding that both Pennsylvania and federal law prohibit excluding legal votes because the voter omitted an irrelevant date on the ballot return envelope."

Earlier this week, the Supreme Court ruled on the matter, rendering a previous court decision on the matter moot and ordering the state to return to established election laws.

Chapman says the Supreme Court ruling does not impact the current election protocol.

The Acting Secretary of State explained, "Today's order from the U.S. Supreme Court vacating the Third Circuit's decision on mootness grounds was not based on the merits of the issue and does not affect the prior decision of Commonwealth Court in any way.

"It provides no justification for counties to exclude ballots based on a minor omission, and we expect that counties will continue to comply with their obligation to count all legal votes."

Uhm, yes, it does... the ballots are invalid because the new protocols violate the state constitution.

So, PA has once again set itself up for massive voter fraud and a challenge of the outcome regardless of who wins.
