Decline in Black voter support puts Harris campaign in danger
Vice President Kamala Harris might as well resign herself to throwing in the towel now.
According to a recent Siena College poll reported by the New York Times, Harris is experiencing a SIGNIFICANT decline in black voters.
The New York Times wrote that “eight out of ten” Black voters would vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.
The only problem?
It took NINE out of 10 black voters to earn President Joe Biden his seat in the Oval Office.
It appears that black voters are sure about one thing -- just because Vice President Kamala Harris is Black does NOT mean she cares about the black Americans in this country.
At the end of the day, Harris does not understand the needs of the Black community.
Her campaign has even gone so far as to accuse Black men of not wanting to vote for a female when former President Barack Obama called out “brothers” of not “feeling the idea of having a woman as president.”
“We have not yet seen the same kinds of energy and turnout in all corners of our neighborhoods and communities as we saw when I was running. Now, I also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers,” Obama began.
“Part of it makes me think, and I’m speaking to men directly… that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that,” Obama continued in the recent Pittsburgh speech.
Maybe if Kamala Harris ACTUALLY took the time to understand the needs of the Black community instead of sending former presidents to point fingers and raise accusations, she would win the votes she needs.
But, at the end of the day, Harris isn’t interested in making a difference in the lives of Americans.
She is only interested in winning votes as fast and as easy as possible.
If Harris does not adjust her campaign strategy, this could come back to bite her BIG time.
