Court orders Biden to stop selling border wall construction materials

Joe Biden's administration has been selling excess border wall materials for bargain basement prices, and people are thinking it's not a coincidence that it is happening just a few weeks before Donald Trump takes office.

According to JustTheNews.com, a court on Dec. 27 ordered President Joe Biden's administration to stop selling border wall construction materials ahead of the next presidential administration."

The Biden administration's decision to sell the excess border wall materials came after the president had halted construction of the wall, and Congress had authorized the disposal of unused border wall materials as part of the National Defense Authorization Act.

According to Fox News, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said that Biden's administration agreed to oblige the court order and stop disposing of any further border wall materials over the next 30 days.

"We have successfully blocked the Biden Administration from disposing of any further border wall materials before President Trump takes office," Paxton said.

"This follows our major victory forcing Biden to build the wall, and we will hold his Administration accountable for illegally subverting our Nation’s border security until their very last day in power, especially where their actions are clearly motivated by a desire to thwart President-elect Trump’s immigration agenda," he continued.

Trump himself was very public about how upset he was to learn that Joe Biden was getting rid of border wall materials, claiming it "almost a criminal act."

"What they're doing is really an act, it's almost a criminal act," Trump said. "They know we're going to use it and if we don't have it, we're going to have to rebuild it, and it'll cost double what it cost years ago, and that's hundreds of millions of dollars because you're talking about a lot of, a lot of wall."

This is just another example of Joe Biden's administration trying to prevent Trump from reaching his goals.

It seems as if Joe Biden's last few weeks in office are being spent trying to make things as difficult as possible for Trump.

Biden knows that Trump wants to build the wall, so he's selling all of the material that would have used to do so.

The president knows that Trump is an advocate of the federal death penalty, so he commuted the sentences of over 90% of criminals currently on federal death row.

Hopefully, for Trump, Biden proves to be just as effective at hindering the next administration as he has proven himself to be at everything else he has tried in the White House.

Jan. 20, 2025, can't come soon enough.
