"[For what it's worth], [Donalds] is not a historic candidate for Speaker. He is a prop," Bush claimed on Twitter. "Despite being Black, he supports a policy agenda intent on upholding and perpetuating white supremacy."
"His name being in the mix is not progress—it's pathetic," she continued.
FWIW, @ByronDonalds is not a historic candidate for Speaker. He is a prop. Despite being Black, he supports a policy agenda intent on upholding and perpetuating white supremacy.

"Bush's attack on Donalds comes as the congressman-elect received 20 votes behind his bid for speakership after the House Freedom Caucus nominated him for the job on Wednesday," Fox News reported.
"The Missouri congresswoman-elect is a hard left progressive who supports defunding the police," it added.

"Republican Reps. Chip Roy of Texas and Lauren Boebert of Colorado nominated Donalds to challenge McCarthy on the fourth and fifth ballots," the Daily Caller explained.
"Donalds garnered 20 votes from the anti-McCarthy representatives in the Republican conference, which prevented McCarthy from receiving the 218 votes needed to be handed the gavel," it added.
Donalds is making history, while Bush is making noise. Time will reveal that her words opposing Donalds are a false response to his efforts in Congress to help the American people.
