Contrarian Reports on FEMA Funding Creates Problem for Harris and Biden Administration
We all know the Biden administration has been reallocating funding from all sorts of programs to pay for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ precious illegal immigrants.
Secretary Mayorkas created mass panic this week by saying FEMA funds had been pilfered to help migrants, so there was not going to be enough money to help Hurricane Helene victims here.
FEMA quickly issued another statement that they had enough funding, but now the questions are flying.
Figure It Out
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced on Wednesday that his agency had hit FEMA funds to provide “humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants.”
Mayorkas stated, “We are expecting another hurricane to hit. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season.”
Reports estimated that Homeland Security has spent nearly $1 billion on illegal immigrant programs.
Mayorkas stated that FEMA funds were running low due to these expenditures, creating mass panic in states impacted by the hurricane.
Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) responded to the announcement, stating, “Let’s go and point out the obvious which is that FEMA had utilized a large majority of the personnel who should be here taking care of this to be replaced or repurposed for immigration resettlement when we need to be focusing on Americans whether it be in Maui, Palestine, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee.”
Then, on Thursday, the panic statement was walked back, with DHS spokesperson Jaclyn Rothenberg posting on X, "FEMA has what it needs for immediate response and recovery efforts.
"As [Administrator Deanne Criswell] said, she has the full authority to spend against the President’s budget, but we’re not out of hurricane season yet so we need to keep a close eye on it."
Notice the semantics there… for “immediate response and recovery efforts.”
In other words, Americans impacted by the storm are SOL for long-term recovery efforts, and if another hurricane hits, well, it’s time to start praying.
Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) had a great idea, stating, “While your administration has mobilized federal agencies and resources to respond to this disaster, the full cost of the damage is unlikely to become clear for weeks to come. In light of that reality, I urge you to put America First and ensure federal agencies coordinating relief and rebuilding efforts have sufficient funding in place.
“Using existing presidential authority, the White House should raid foreign assistance funds earmarked for countries and jurisdictions run by regimes and terrorist groups working against America’s interest.
“A clear candidate for this is the $336 million foreign aid package the United States Agency for International Development plan to send to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.”
This is reality… the administration spent nearly $1 billion of taxpayer money to pay for people who entered this country illegally, hanging out the very people that paid for that emergency funding for when they needed it.
Now Biden has to decide if he wants to take care of people in another country, or if he wants to help American citizens.
We are about to find out who these people really work for… Americans, or everyone else.
