For the first time in 15 years, the liberal horde is running the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
It took them no time at all to flex their muscle, once again, turning judges into activists.
Chief Justice Annette Ziegler blasted her counterparts after they flexed their muscle in what she clearly believed was a biased ruling.
The New Minority
Conservatives have held the majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court for more than a decade. Justice Ziegler has been there for all of it.
She now serves as the Chief Justice on a court where she and her other two conservative justices are now the minority, and we all know what that means.
On Wednesday, the new majority ordered the firing of the director of the state’s court system, Randy Koschnick.
Koschnick has held that position for the last six years, with no apparent issues, but he was a conservative.
Ziegler stated, “To say that I am disappointed in my colleagues is an understatement.”
Her statement continued, “My colleagues’ unprecedented dangerous conduct is the raw exercise of overreaching power. It is shameful. I fear this is only the beginning,” reported AP News.
Fellow conservative Justice Rebecca Bradley also went off, stating, “Political purges of court employees are beyond the pale.”
Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Audrey Skwierawski will serve in the position until a permanent staffer is approved.
It is important to note that when conservatives took over the majority, the existing director, who was a liberal, was permitted to stay in place, and did so for another six years.
To make this even more insulting, Koschnick was not even in town, having to have his staffers box up his belongings after the decision was made.
This is how Democrats and liberals roll these days… If you are not one of them, simply put, you are the enemy.
