Comer Demands Interview with Biden Doctor

House Republicans now believe they may have an inside track on finally nailing Joe Biden.

To that point, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) is now demanding that Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, speak before the committee.

This is not only to ask him about Biden’s mental issues, but also some business deals that involved other Biden family members.

Getting Closer

Republicans are quickly running out of time to get a referral on Biden, but O’Connor could be the magic card they have sought.

Not only has O’Connor conducted exams of Joe Biden, but according to testimony by James Biden, the doctor was also consulted on a Biden family business matter.

That being the failed healthcare project that James Biden had worked on, which also happened to be the subject of some of the money that was received by James Biden and allegedly transferred to Joe Biden.

Comer stated, “After a concerning debate performance by President Biden against former President Donald Trump on June 27, journalists have rushed to report on what Americans have seen plainly for years: the President appears unwell.”

The report to which Comer referred by O’Connor stated, “Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency.”

Comer’s letter also addresses the business deal by Jamer Biden, who testified, “I had gotten through his—as Vice President, his personal physician was Colonel Kevin O’Connor.

“There is an outcry for a solution for post-traumatic stress disorder. … So he introduced me to a team.”

Comer’s letter concluded, “The Oversight Committee is concerned your medical assessments have been influenced by your private business endeavors with the Biden family.”

So, my big question regarding the medical history of Biden is if HIPAA laws apply with Biden being the president.

Does he lose the right to privacy because of his public status, or are his records still protected?

If they are protected, the GOP is going to come up empty, but I am actually more concerned about James Biden using the White House resources for personal business gains.

If I were Comer, that would be the thread that I would pull on with time running out in the current congressional session.
