Comedian Ken Flores dies suddenly at age 28
January 29, 2025, was a sad day for fans of comedy in America.
One of the brightest young stars in the industry, Ken Flores, passed away in his home at the age of only 28.
His family took to social media to share the tragic news with Flores' fans.
"It is with great sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our friend, brother, and son, Kenyi Flores," his family wrote. "Please respect our privacy at this time as we are all shocked and devastated by this loss."

TMZ reported that they were told by law enforcement officials that Flores had suffered cardiac arrest and died while at his home. Another person in the house contacted police and administered CPR until emergency medical services arrived, but Flores was declared dead at the scene.
Law enforcement does not suspect that any foul play was involved in the death of Flores.
Tributes immediately poured in from fans of Flores.
"What a tragic and devastating loss to the world," one fan said.
Another called Flores "a bright light."
"Rising star – see you on the other side bro," another added.
One fan said, "Ken 💔 Thank you for all amazing times the laughter the jokes, you will be missed RIP."
Flores was currently on a comedy tour. He had an upcoming show in Phoenix and was scheduled to finish his tour in San Diego.
In the past, Flores had talked about why comedy meant so much to him.
"If you get that one big pop, you get bit by the stand-up bug and you're addicted," Flores said. "Ever since I went up the first time, I couldn't stop."
Flores had said that his goals for his life included touring "for the rest of my life, write new material, and make people happy."
