Colorado Judge Rules Trump Can Appear On Primary Ballot

A Colorado judge has made her decision about Trump:

Our former president DID engage "in an insurrection."

This is TERRIFIC news for Trump.

Not that part in particular, but the ruling in general is probably going to be spun as a win by the Trump camp.

The judge has decided that Trump is indeed still eligible to appear on the 2024 primary ballot in the state.

Progressive lunatics all over the country have been pushing for Trump to be kicked off the ballot in 2024, something that obviously has no business happening.

These people are arguing that because of a clause in the 14th Amendment, which reads that individuals are ineligible to serve if they "took an oath to defend the Constitution and then have 'engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.'"

The judge somehow decided that Trump DID engage in an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.

She said that despite the existence of free speech protections in this country, Trump is guilty of saying the wrong thing, and he therefore engaged in an insurrection "through incitement, and the First Amendment does not protect Trump’s speech."

Something tells me that many liberals would have been covered by the First Amendment in this situation.

"The Court holds there is scant direct evidence regarding whether the Presidency is one of the positions subject to disqualification," the judge added, paving the way for him to appear on the ballot as planned.

Trump has been saying that there has been a witch hunt against him for a while now, but we didn't always have proof that he was right.

Now we do.

The sheer amount of baloney being cast upon Trump by liberal after liberal just trying to suck the money and energy out of him should tell you all you need to know:

This isn't a court issue, it's a political witch hunt.
