One day you are a hero, the next day you are losing your job.
That is the dilemma of Coast Guard Technician Second Class Zach Loesch.
After receiving a phone call from Joe Biden for his actions during Hurricane Ian, Loesch broke the news that the is about to be discharged because he does not want to take the vaccine.
Ridiculous
Joe Biden could not tout the call quickly enough.
After the calls were made, on the call with Loesch, he stated, "I told him how proud of him I was and thanked him for all the work he and his Coasties are doing to save lives."
No mention of kicking him out of the Coast Guard because he does not want to take the jab, though.
The Coast Guard has stated that it has taken no action against those asking for a religious exemption, but that is only because the punishments have not been handed out yet.
Loesch is obviously upset, stating, "If I had asked any of the people I saved yesterday if they wanted to come with me even though I am unvaccinated, every single one of them would have said 'yes.'"
He added, "I'm just trying to smile and be happy and show up to them as a light at the end of their dark day.
"A lot of them are desperate and need help and in despair.
"Everything they know is gone, and when they're leaving with us it may be the last time they see their house."
Considering the fact the CDC has removed all restrictions regardless of vaccination status, it is criminal that these vets are being booted from their respective services.
