A CNN panel pushed a false story that claimed Fox News host Tucker Carlson did not denounce lawyer Sidney Powell's election fraud claims.
The accusations came despite CNN previously reporting the accurate details of the story nearly three years ago.
Seems Like CNN Anchors Are Not Familiar With The Reporting On Their Website. We can't blame them though. Who would want to read CNN? https://t.co/qUPudQDpxE

"CNN senior media reporter Oliver Darcy reported in a Nov. 21, 2020, article that Carlson refuted Powell and demanded that she send over evidence of election fraud. The panel never mentioned Darcy's reporting, despite it being on CNN's own website," the Daily Caller reported.
"Carlson angered some of his audience Thursday when he called out Sidney Powell, President Trump's attorney who has peddled wild conspiracy theories about the 2020 election," Darcy wrote.
Tucker Carlson calls out Sidney Powell, saying he asked her for evidence to support her election fraud claims, but "she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page."

The false report came after Carlson aired his first video segment on Monday after receiving access to over 40,000 hours of footage from the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Carlson obtained access to the footage from House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), drawing criticism from Democrats. McCarthy has since offered the same access to other networks.

Controversy has followed the show's airing, as some of the footage contrasted the accounts of officers claiming they demanded the trespassers to leave.
Instead, video showed some officers or security personnel leading protesters throughout the building, offering a different view than presented in the report by the House Jan. 6 committee.
The new accusations from CNN's panel seem to only select one part of the story, this time contradicting their own previous reporting.
