It looks like we about to find out just how duplicitous our Justice Department is.
It appears that Joe Biden took some classified documents he should not have had.
His attorneys found them in his private office last fall, yet we never heard about this until now.
No Raid?
The documents were found when an office for Joe Biden at the University of Pennsylvania in Washington was being cleaned out.
Biden has used the office when he was collecting a fat check from U of P as an honorary professor, when all he really did was show up at events and shake some hands.
Richard Sauber, special counsel to Biden, is already spinning this.
He stated, "The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appear to be Obama-Biden Administration records, including a small number of documents with classified markings.
"The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives.
"Since that discovery, the President's personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives."

But let me take you back to Joe Biden when they were talking about Trump having classified documents in his possession…

In reality, it does not matter if the documents were the subject of a National Archives inquiry or not… Joe Biden had classified documents stored in his office where they could have been stolen by anyone!
Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) added, "They've been around even longer. President Trump had never been in office before and had just left, came out. Here's an individual [who] spent his last 40 years in office and still had this from the vice president.
"It just shows that they were trying to be political to President Trump."
Donald Trump also chimed in, wanting to know when they were going to raid Biden's properties like they did his.
Virtually every mainstream media outlet has already published a piece on how this is different from Trump because Biden's office is now cooperating with the DOJ.
So, Biden had these documents for at least six years, and they want us to believe that nobody ever realized he had taken classified documents.
