On Sunday, police were able to nab a California man before he was able to carry out a massacre.
Dallas Marsh, 37, was apprehended by SWAT officers at a local motel in Chico, CA.
He has been planning a mass shooting to rival the Las Vegas mass shooting five years ago.
Preventing Doomsday
Marsh, who appears to have served in the Army, had made “criminal threats to kill specific individuals, specified law enforcement officers, and was preparing to commit a ‘Las Vegas style’ mass shooting with a specified deadline.”
While not specified, Saturday was the 5th anniversary of the Las Vegas shooting.
Police also stated that Marsh was threatening officers after his arrest.
Police have not yet named a motive for the shooting.
