Chicago Veteran's murderers finally charged after state attorney Kim Foxx refused

There are a LOT of things that America's liberals are doing that are causing this country to be in the state it's in, but for the victims, there is one area that stands above the rest:

Law and order.

Instead of wanting to hold criminals accountable, liberals in this country have simply been looking the other way when it comes to punishment for crimes.

Their soft-on-crime approach has completely warped what people in this country are able to get away with.

Just look at the 2020 riots that rocked cities across America.

Conservatives were locked in their houses and made to wear masks so that we couldn't talk, but when the riots were being held in the name of liberal causes, liberals simply looked the other way.

Famously, they even tried to claim that the riots were "mostly peaceful" as the city behind the reporter was engulfed in flames.

That attitude is causing major harm to our country, and for proof, you have to look no further than the slaying of 19-year-old National Guardsman Chrys Carvajal, who was killed while spending time with his family in 2021 for Fourth of July celebrations.

Law enforcement officers saw this as a pretty open-and-shut case, encouraging prosecutors to bring about charges for the killing of Carvajal.

State Attorney Kim Foxx simply refused.

Regardless of what she said about "insufficient evidence," this was simply an example of pandering to criminals instead of the law abiding citizens in America.

As a result of her actions, nobody back then was ever charged for the murder.

Since Foxx wouldn't do it, federal prosecutors have had to step in, per the report:

On Friday, the Chicago U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that they have charged two Milwaukee Kings gang members with racketeering and murder in connection with Carvajal’s death. One of the men charged is the same man Chicago police tried to charge with murder in 2021, according to a source.

Carvajal had stepped away from the family gathering to get something from his car around 1:20 a.m. on July 4, 2021, when someone shot and killed him in the 2200 block of North Lockwood, officials said at the time.

The following month, detectives asked prosecutors in Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx to charge a then-38-year-old high-ranking Milwaukee Kings gang member with murder.

Of course there was enough evidence for a guilty conviction. Foxx just didn't want to be the liberal who admitted that.
It's taken the federal government to step in and FINALLY charge those responsible.

Shame on Kim Foxx.
