Chelsea Handler compares First Lady Melania Trump to a prostitute on national stage

There's pushing the boundaries for the sake of comedy, and then there's completely crossing the line.

Many people in America are saying that comedienne Chelsea Handler's recent set at the Critics Choice Awards was an example of the latter.

Chelsea Handler launched a vicious attack against America's First Lady by inferring that Melania Trump is a prostitute.

Breitbart refers to Chelsea Handler as a TV host "who is responsible for a long and growing list of shows that were canceled after one or two seasons."

At the Critics Choice Awards, Chelsea Handler joked that there have been a lot of biographical movies lately.

"It was a huge year for biopics … Anora, about Melania Trump," Chelsea Handler said.

Anora is described as a movie about the life of a "young sex worker from Brooklyn" who "meets and impulsively marries the son of an oligarch. Once the news reaches Russia, her fairytale is threatened."

Handler then attacked Cheryl Hines, the wife of RFK Jr..

She said that actors who didn't win anything at the awards show "will just be in the background, questioning your life choices, like Cheryl Hines at a Senate confirmation hearing."

Donald Trump wasn't safe from Handler's "humor" either.

Handler made it clear that she isn't happy that Donald Trump is trying to end extremist, race-based Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies by calling herself a DEI hire.

"I wanna acknowledge that we’ve been through a lot lately … our entire country, waking up every day, not knowing what news we’re gonna hear that will disappoint and horrify us," Handler said.

In addition to hosting the Critics Choice Awards in recent years, Handler is famous for not knowing the difference between the sun and the moon.

"This is true. I didn’t know until I was 40 years old that the sun and the moon were not the same thing," Handler reportedly told Jimmy Fallon.

She said it took her sister pointing out that she could see the sun and the moon at the same time one day for her to come to the realization.

"My older sister Simone looked up at the sky, and she said, ‘Chelsea, look up. It’s not often you get to see the sun and the moon at the same time,’" Handler recalled. "I was like Scooby Doo. I’m like, ‘Ruh, what?’"
