Charges dropped against anti-Netanyahu protestors arrested in DC

During Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress, 25 people were arrested for protesting in the nation's capital.

Protestors burned American flags and even painted disturbing phrases like “Hamas is Comin’” on statutes and landmarks.

Now, nearly HALF of those arrested for protesting crimes that occurred that day have been freed -- the charges dropped entirely.

To make matters even worse, those protesting walked away with a reinforced mindset that they are allowed to do whatever they want without any negative repercussions.

“It’s a slap in the face to law enforcement who are doing their jobs and these prosecutors throw these charges out. Shame on them for … giving free passes to criminals,” said the chairman of the U.S. Capitol Police labor committee, Gus Papathanasiou.

Papathanasiou is right on the money.

We cannot seem to help but notice the true double standard at play here.

Look how FAST liberals are willing to drop charges when it is one of their own on the chopping block.

Yet, when it comes to Donald Trump, the witch hunt truly never ends.

The former president has had to fight and claw his way out of legal battle after legal battle all because he dares to stand against the left.

It is the classic liberal mentality of “the laws only apply when I want them to” and there needs to be accountability for those in positions of power who have shown acceptance of this mindset.

In this country, NO ONE is above the law.

Liberals want to pick and choose when the rules apply and when they don’t.

At the end of the day, that just is not how it works.

They hold themselves to a nonexistent standard and never seem to be satisfied when it comes to punishing the former president.

Liberals like those who made the decision to drop the charges against the left-leaning protesters MUST be held accountable.
