The death of Cayler Ellingson has become an obsession for conservatives.
After allegedly getting into a political argument with Shannon Brandt, 41, the 18-year-old was run down.
Brandt tried to justify his actions by accusing Ellingson of being a right-wing radical, but that was quickly debunked by local law enforcement.
Charged!
Charges have finally been announced in the case.
Brandt will be charged with murder.
He will also be charged with duty in an accident involving a death.
He was previously charged with vehicular manslaughter, but that charge was dropped because of the murder charge.
Brandt initially tried to sell this as an accident, but the truth eventually came out that he tracked the kid down and ran him over.
This man should have a needle put in his arm for what he did to that kid.
