Capitol Police Will Not File Charges for Gay Porn Scandal

Most Americans were outraged when a video showed up online of a Democrat staffer in the Senate chambers having sex with another man.

The chambers were desecrated, and after the considerable sentences that were handed out to J6 rioters who entered the chambers, we all thought the hammer would fall.

Instead, the Capitol Police has decided not to file charges for what they claim is no proof of an actual crime.

Charges Dropped

Aidan Maese-Czeropski was eventually identified as the staffer who was shown in the video having sex with an unknown man.

He worked for Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD), who fired Maese-Czeropski when he was identified in the video.

The Capitol Police, however, say there was really nothing wrong with what took place.

The USCP stated, “For now, we are closing the investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding a sex video that was recorded inside the Hart Senate Office Building on the morning of Wednesday, December 13.

“After consulting with federal and local prosecutors, as well as doing a comprehensive investigation and review of possible charges, it was determined that – despite a likely violation of Congressional policy – there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed.”

For his part, Maese-Czeropski tried to play himself out to be the victim, stating, “This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda.

“While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated, and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters.”

You made and posted a sex video, but he says he “would never disrespect my workplace.”

Gay or straight sex, this should have been prosecuted, at the very least for trespassing, as he surely did not have permission to enter the chamber for that purpose.

There are literally people doing years in prison for strolling through the Capitol building during the January 6 riot, but even with a videotape as evidence, nothing is going to happen to Maese-Czeropski.

Needless to say, the reaction on the right was not kind, to say the least, as once again, it is proven that we have a two-tiered justice system.

The only reasoning I can see behind this is that the Capitol Police were worried about pushback because Maese-Czeropski is gay, or possibly they found out who his partner was in that video, and the individual was too powerful for them to take on.

Nothing else makes sense about this.
