Cannon rejects Trump's dismissal request

Many liberals in America have been accusing Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida of corruption, simply because she hasn't ruled against Trump at every turn like the judges up north in New York.

Well, their dreams recently came true, as Judge Cannon dealt a major blow to Donald Trump and his defense team.

Judge Aileen Cannon has officially denied a request from Donald Trump and his defense team to dismiss at least some of the charges against the president.

It's possible that both sides are surprised about this decision.

Supporters of Trump would have liked it if Cannon was able to remove as many of the charges as possible before this thing ever got to trial, and the liberals who hate Trump are probably angry that Judge Cannon waited until now to start giving Trump a hard time.

Cannon's ruling said:

"The identified deficiencies, even if generating some arguable confusion, are either permitted by law, raise evidentiary challenges not appropriate for disposition at this juncture, and/or do not require dismissal even if technically deficient, so long as the jury is instructed appropriately and presented with adequate verdict forms as to each Defendants’ alleged conduct."

At least up until now, the man in charge of the case, Jack Smith, hasn't been getting the favorable rulings that Alvin Bragg got in New York.

It's widely known that Bragg needed every single inch of the benefit of the doubt that he was given to get this guilty conviction.

Liberals aren't so much interested in pursuing truth and justice in these Trump cases as they are interested in just making life difficult for Trump.

If Trump's in a courtroom, he's not on the campaign trail.

They know that Joe Biden doesn't have the strength to win the election on his own merit, so they're trying to make things as tricky as possible for his competition.

Liberals celebrating is just what happens whenever anything works out against Trump.

Do you think that Donald will be able to overcome this and defeat the case in Florida against him?
