Calls Grow for Use of 25th Amendment to Remove Biden from Office
The 25th Amendment is clear: if a majority of the president's cabinet believes he is unfit for office, the vice president must step in.
After Robert Hur's explosive report, which concluded that President Joe Biden knowingly retained and disclosed classified military and national security information, calls for invoking the 25th Amendment have intensified.

In the report, Biden was described as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," and it was suggested that it would be difficult to convict him in a court of law.
Despite the findings, the president will not face charges following a year-long investigation into his handling of classified documents, which he shared with the ghostwriter of his memoir.
This revelation, coupled with the ensuing disastrous press conference, has swayed many Americans towards supporting Biden's removal from office, including prominent figures like Pat Gray, Keith Malinak, and Jeffy.
"This presents a major quandary for them because their only recourse is to put him in front of the press, but that strategy could backfire," Jeffy explains to Pat and Keith.
However, Biden appears to remain in denial, adamantly telling reporters that he is still the "most qualified person in the country to be the president of the United States."
"That was clearly intended as a joke," Gray comments, with a hint of sarcasm, "a very amusing moment indeed."
"The Hur report details alarming gaps in Biden’s memory, and what Hur described as the president’s 'diminished faculties,'" the Hill noted.
"Given the detailed accounts in the report, Biden’s press conference bordered on self-immolation. On Thursday night, Biden insisted that he was still sharp and not diminished mentally…before confusing the presidents of Mexico and Egypt. This followed a week when Biden repeatedly referenced conversations with long-dead world leaders," it added.
As the debate over Biden's fitness for office intensifies, the nation watches closely to see how this situation unfolds, and whether the calls for invoking the 25th Amendment will gain traction within the administration.
