Imagine wanting to give children the chance to grow up and form their own opinion about their sexuality without grooming them.
That was the sin of Nelli Parinsenkova.
Terminated
Parinsenkova refused to read LGBTQ-themed books to 5-year-old children.
If she lived in Texas, she would be congratulated for that.
She teaches in California, however, so she loses her job instead.
Now she is suing Bright Horizons, a childcare facility that terminated her for not reading the book.
Parinsenkova is suing on the grounds of religious discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.”
The lawsuit states, “Bright Horizons did not engage in any negotiations and made no attempt whatsoever to determine whether a reasonable accommodation could be reached.
“Instead, Bright Horizons issued a counseling memo with false statements, terminated her life-insurance benefits, required her to complete retraining in diversity issues, and encouraged her to resign her position.”
Attorney Paul Jonna stated, “Make sure you know what books are on the shelf in our children’s care programs and schools.
“This is a clear-cut case of one of the largest childcare employers in the country having anti-religious workplace policies that promote indoctrination of young children with the LGBT agenda.”
