Bush Assassination Plot Shows Dangers of Biden Border Policies

There is a case about to wrap up regarding an assassination plot against former President George W. Bush.

The individual on trial came to this country via a tourist visa and then claimed asylum.

He then immediately started to plot to assassinate Bush.

The System is Broken

The case mentioned is that of Shihab Ahmed Shihab, and it proves that extremists from around the globe who despise America know the loopholes of our immigration system.

That is even more so the case since Joe Biden took over and has seemingly tossed our immigration laws out the window.

The DOJ is asking for a 15-year sentence and a lifetime of supervised release in the case.

In 2022, Shihab pleaded guilty to providing support materials for terrorists, and prosecutors are hoping to get a sentence on the higher end of the scale.

Jessica Knight, assistant US attorney for Ohio’s Southern District, argued, “Such a lengthy sentence protects the public from Defendant and his lack of respect for the life of Americans.

“Moreover, by enforcing accountability, we not only protect the wellbeing of intended victims, but the Court can send a clear message to the greater community, and world, if necessary, that such actions will not be tolerated”

Court documents in the case refer to the problem at the border, citing the apprehension of 7.6 million migrants over a 36-month period.

Shihab claims to be an ex-ISIS fighter, yet he was able to get a tourist visa to enter this country.

Once he was here, he was part of a network that started to smuggle members of a group that was called “Thunder.”

They traveled to Brazil, then were smuggled into the country via Central America and Mexico, where the majority of illegal encounters originate.

The network was successful by obtaining Border Patrol uniforms to cross the border, then traveling to various parts of Texas, including Dallas.

This would put them in the gotaway category, which is now estimated at about two million since Joe Biden has been in office.

If they are sneaking in people with the bold mission to assassinate a former president, you better believe there are other groups being snuck in to plan some type of terrorist attack against regular Americans.
