President Joe Biden can't keep anything straight these days, not even his recollection of who is alive and who is deceased.
President Biden mistakenly offered a shoutout to a Republican congresswoman who died in August.
"Jackie are you here? Where’s Jackie?" Biden asked.

Biden looked for Jackie Walorski in the crowd after thanking several bipartisan members of congress.
"I didn’t think she was going to be here," he added.
Republican Representative Jackie Walorski of Indiana died in a car accident in August.
Biden spoke about Walorski during a White House event on a national effort to stop hunger.
Apparently, Biden forgot that he has previously mourned her death in a statement issued by the White House.
