Bragg Exonerates Migrant Charged in Attack Against NYPD Officers

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has done it again.

It was announced this weekend that Bragg has dropped the charges against Jhoan Boada, a 22-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela.

Boada, if you recall, was the illegal immigrant who flipped off the media while leaving court after facing charges for assaulting NYPD officers.

The Arrogance

There is a really good reason that illegal immigrants have no respect for our laws.

First and foremost, they are not being prosecuted when they break the law to come into this country.

Instead, the majority of them have been rewarded with asylum cases and released to the country’s interior.

Those who have committed crimes are often being released by liberal DAs, as is the case for Boada.

Boada was among eight illegals who were charged for allegedly attacking police officers in Times Square outside of a migrant shelter.

When Boada was initially released in January, he blew up the internet for flipping off the media as he headed out of the court.

Bragg has since outright dismissed the charges, claiming it was a case of mistaken identity.

In releasing Boada, Bragg’s office claimed, “Our investigation has revealed that Marcelino Estee, not Jhoan Boada, is the individual described in this complaint, wearing the black & white jacket with pink shoes, committing this assault.”

Estee has since been charged, but even then, the court was far more lenient than expected, setting his bail at $15,000 instead of the $100,000 that had been requested by prosecutors.

Bragg has been under fire ever since he announced he was stacking federal charges against Donald Trump while often refusing to prosecute other alleged criminals.

Even more so after it was revealed that Bragg is one of the many DAs in this country linked to George Soros.

According to reports, Soros’ PAC donated roughly $1 million to Bragg’s campaign, with several Soros relatives also funding his campaign for District Attorney of Manhattan.

Dems continue to claim violent crime rates are down in cities that have had a significant influx of migrants, but how much of that has to do with the refusal by these leftist DAs to not prosecute certain crimes?
