I continue to be amazed at how Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have been able to get leadership in law enforcement agencies to buy into their garbage.
In this case, it is leadership in the Border Patrol that sent a memo to sectors giving them a "bookout" number that they needed to meet to avoid overcrowding, reported Fox News.
This refers to the migrants they were releasing to the interior of the country.

Border facilities have had their fair share of challenges over the last few years, but I do not hold the actual facility managers at fault for this.
Biden's loose border policies have created this unprecedented surge at the border, completely overwhelming these facilities.
So, what does leadership do? Instead of going to the White House to demand our border laws be enforced, they have become complicit in the coverup of what is really happening.
The letter was obtained by Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody’s office, who continues to make her case for the United States Attorney General if DeSantis wins the presidential election.
Her office stated that daily encounters "[continue] to surpass the daily permanent bookouts and the in-custody numbers continue to rise creating significant risks to agents and detainees.
"This level of detention numbers has also resulted in increased manpower requirements impacting border security efforts."
The reason for the order was to "bring in-custody numbers to manageable levels" based on 7-day averages.
AG Moody also commented on the memo, stating, "This latest email is further proof of the disastrous cycle created by Biden’s intentional destruction of our border with Mexico. Biden cuts resources, opens the border, and then releases detainees while claiming there is not enough detention capacity to prevent the unprecedented flood of migrants entering the country because of his terrible policies.
"With every passing day, it is becoming more obvious that the border crisis is being intentionally orchestrated by the Biden administration. We will continue to do everything in our power to push back and let the American people know what Biden is doing."
A CBP spokesperson commented, more or less saying this is much ado about nothing, which seems to be the norm from government agencies these days.
I have come to the conclusion that anyone with the title of Director, Head, or Secretary can no longer be trusted in this administration, regardless of what agency or department they are representing.
Biden's uncontrollable lying has become a disease that has permeated our entire government.
