Book Claims Biden Went Ballistic When Afghanistan Fell

The books are starting to come, and we are getting a much better idea of what it is like inside the Biden administration.

“The Last Politician: Inside Joe Biden’s White House and the Struggle for America’s Future,” is not exactly flattering for Joe when it comes to Afghanistan, reported the Daily Caller.

This could be a problem for Biden because it was Afghanistan that sprang the leak in his approval ratings of which he has not yet recovered. All this book is going to do is remind everyone of just hot badly this went, and it will now add Biden being upset that his vacation was tainted by the withdrawal disaster.

Ruining Joe’s Vacation

According to the book, which was penned by Franklin Foer, Joe Biden lost his mind when Afghanistan fell, but not for the obvious reason.

If you recall, Biden was on vacation at the time (surprise!), and he was upset that his vacation was going to get ruined because he would have to go back to work.

Biden’s first reaction to the country falling…. “Give me a break!”

At the time Afghanistan was falling, numerous White House officials had taken vacations.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken was in the Hamptons, Jen Psaki, who was Biden’s press secretary at the time, was having a beach vacation, and Joe Biden was chilling at Camp David.

According to Foer, Psaki saw the images from Afghanistan and made the decision to come back, with then-Chief of Staff Ron Klain telling her, “I’m sorry. I think you need to.”

Biden and his team have always expressed “pride” in how the withdrawal took place, but they are the only people who see nothing wrong with how this all went down.

American soldiers were needlessly killed, billions of dollars of equipment was left behind, and Afghanistan is now a playground for terrorist training.

That is what Joe Biden calls a good job.
