Big-name Liberals Advocate Disowning Trump Relatives

The funny thing about election season is that the holidays come right after.

Democrats love stirring the pot, and rather than keeping their noses out of everyone’s business, some suggestions are being made on how to handle conservative relatives.

To that point, last Friday on “The View,” a shrink suggested her idea on how to deal with those relatives over the holiday.

Just Ban Them

Yale psychiatrist Dr. Amanda Calhoun was on the show last week, and Joy Reid, who buys into every crazy conspiracy theory there is about Trump, could not get enough of her recommendations.

Calhoun stated, “There is a societal norm that, if somebody is your family, that they are entitled to your time, and I think the answer is absolutely not.

“So if you are going into a situation where you have family members, where you have close friends, who you know have voted in ways that are against you, against your livelihood, it’s completely fine to not be around those people and to tell them why.”

Co-host Sonny Hustin agreed, suggesting “ideological segregation” during the holidays.

Can you imagine walking into a home and there is a conservative and liberal table set up? I think I would just turn around and walk right back out.

Democrat Rick Taylor, who ran in 2020 for the seat eventually won by JD Vance, posted that his aunt, a Trump supporter, invited him for Thanksgiving dinner.

He posted, “I told her my home is not open to traitors and I would not go to theirs. I have no space in in my life for those who could care less about the United States.”

This is the liberal mindset of far too many people this country, and it is exactly why there will be no unity.

Dems have made it quite clear… it’s us or them, and the American people spoke pretty loudly in the last election about which side is the right side of that argument.

I can tell you from experience this is a real mindset. I have lost dozens of so-called friends after the 2016 election, and a few more seem to drop off every year.

My guess is that after this election, my phone list will have a few more deletions.
