Big-business leaders endorsing Kamala Harris in surprising numbers: Report

In a surprising twist for the 2024 election, Kamala Harris has been endorsed by a surprising number of big-business leaders.

Republicans were surely hoping that some of these 88 big-business leaders would have sided with Trump.

It's not surprising that some big-business leaders are leaning liberal these days, as it has been a very intentional effort by the Democratic Party to pressure businesses and citizens alike into participating into woke culture or else face exile from society.

To be clear, these business owners probably aren't endorsing Harris because they believe she will actually help their business or the economy in general. Instead, they might be endorsing her for the political clout it provides.

"We endorse Kamala Harris’s election as President of the United States," a key group of big-business leaders wrote:

Her election is the best way to support the continued strength, security, and reliability of our democracy and economy. With Kamala Harris in the White House, the business community can be confident that it will have a President who wants American industries to thrive.

As a partner to President Biden, Vice President Harris has a strong record of advancing actions to spur business investment in the United States and ensure American businesses can compete and win in the global market. She will continue to advance fair and predictable policies that support the rule of law, stability, and a sound business environment, and she will strive to give every American the opportunity to pursue the American dream.

Breitbart.com published a list of some of the big-business owners who signed the letter:

- James Murdoch, former CEO of 21st Century Fox and an heir to the Murdoch family empire
- Philanthropist Lynn Forester de Rothschild
- Ted Leonsis, owner of the NBA’s Washington Wizards
- Jeffrey Katzenberg, founder and managing partner of Wndr and former chairman of Walt Disney Studios
- Philanthropist Laurene Powell Jobs
- Facebook cofounder Dustin Moskovitz
- NBA Hall of Famer and billionaire businessman Magic Johnson
- Entrepreneur Mark Cuban
- Former LinkedIn CEO Reid Hoffman

Some of these names aren't a surprise.

After all, Meta has been working with the Biden administration for quite some time now, and Mark Cuban has already come out and said that he's been advising Harris' campaign on some economic issues.

Trump doesn't think that business owners should be supporting Harris at all.

Instead, Trump actually blames Harris and Biden for driving business out of America:

"In Michigan, the auto industry is doing very poorly because jobs are starting to leave. They are losing, you know, the electric vehicle mandate," Trump said of the auto industry, for example.

Do you think that these businesspeople could tilt the scales to Harris' side, or will Trump still be victorious this fall?
