Biden's DOJ says Merrick Garland immune from prosecution

There is a major injustice being committed by America's Department of Justice.

If Joe Biden allows this to stand, he's essentially saying that Attorney General Merrick Garland is above the law.

Currently, Biden's Department of Justice is of the opinion that Attorney General Merrick Garland is protected from prosecution for contempt of Congress because of Biden's use of executive privilege.

The memo stating that Garland couldn't be touched conveniently came just a few hours before the House of Representatives took the long-anticipated step of voting to hold Garland in contempt of Congress.

The accusations against Garland were that he refused "to comply with Congressional subpoenas for records related to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation of President Joe Biden’s willful mishandling of classified information."

Recently, Joe Biden was interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur to decide if Biden should be held responsible for mishandling classified documents.

In the White House's hurry to exonerated Biden from mishandling the documents, Hur's report concluded that Biden wasn't a criminal, he was simply a confused, aging old man.

Liberals seemed to be content to excuse Biden on these grounds, completely ignoring the fact that if Biden isn't mentally capable to keep track of documents, he probably isn't fit to be running this entire country.

Not wanting the results to get out, Garland and Biden have been working hard to make sure that Hur's report is never seen publicly.

Republicans in Congress have been demanding to see the report for a while now, but Garland has simply refused.

Unsurprisingly, Biden and his Department of Justice are NOT eager to have the facts of Hur's investigation go public.

Liberals protecting other liberals in America... Where there's corruption in our federal government, this is often the cause.

Do you think Garland will eventually face consequences, or is Biden doing too good of a job protecting him?
