Poor Joe Biden… he never gets a fair shake from the media… just ask him!
Biden finally did another interview, and yes, it was another softball interview with another left-leaning outlet.
While discussing his presidency with Stephanie Ruhle, Biden blamed his bad polling numbers on the unfair negative press he gets, reports The Hill.
Nothing But Negative
Ruhle asked Biden, "You're talking about real, practical solutions… Why do you think you don't get more credit for it? Why do you think your polling is where it is,” reports Fox News.
Biden started to invoke his weird whisper, saying that presidents who have won re-election in the past were all where his approval rating is now… which is not true in modern history.
Ruhle continued, "Put polling aside then. Sentiment in this country, despite all these wins, is not very good."
Biden responded, "All they've heard is negative news for three years. Everything is negative. I'm not being critical of the press, but you turn on the television — the only way you're gonna get a hit is if there's something negative, you know. You don't — anyway, that's number one.”
Biden continued, "But number two, I think we're in a situation where you have much of what we were able to do is going to come into play now. For example, I met today — I set up what they call a ‘second Cabinet’ within my Cabinet.
“I have an enforcement group. They're the ones going out making sure that we're getting the roads built, the highways build and getting the lead pipes out of every neighborhood so people aren't dying or getting very sick. They're the ones who are making sure that people begin to know what's happened and what's happening. It's gonna take time to get this done.
"Unless we can make it clear to the American people what it is that we've actually done — it's one thing to say we're going to rebuild this bridge that is in the process of collapsing, [it's] other things to actually get it built, get it built, and that's all just starting.”
The entire interview with Ruhle was a complete and utter joke, as she did nothing whatsoever to get Biden on the defensive.
He says his son did nothing wrong, she moves on. Biden says he has all these accomplishments, she moves on.
Where are the questions about Biden’s Secretary of State being intertwined with Hunter? How about Joe Biden’s White House meetings with Hunter business associates?
These are the questions that never get asked and it is a complete and utter joke.
Honestly, I would be surprised if Joe Biden had been given every question beforehand. The answers were clearly rehearsed. And by the way, that blank stare of his during that entire interview is so disturbing.
The man is an empty vessel… period.
