Biden Tests Positive for COVID, Retreats to Delaware

The Joe Biden saga just continues to get more and more interesting.

In the midst of a battle to keep his campaign alive, Joe Biden canceled an appearance in Nevada at the last minute.

It was then revealed that Biden allegedly tested positive for COVID and went to Delaware to self-isolate.

Forgive me for not believing the diagnosis, but something is just not smelling right about all of this.

I now believe that Joe Biden is looking for a graceful way to bow out of the race with reports of even his most loyal supporters telling him to back down and turn the campaign over to Kamala.

It is anti-democratic when you think about it.

The party sold this man to the American people for months, and now because Biden is getting crushed in polling, so they want to pull him out and replace him.

The old bait and switch… in an election!

According to reports, Biden started suffering upper respiratory issues on Wednesday, and he was then tested for COVID.

For the record, Biden is fully vaccinated and has every booster shot known to man.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced, "He will be returning to Delaware where he will self-isolate and will continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time.

"The White House will provide regular updates on the President’s status as he continues to carry out the full duties of the office while in isolation."

Biden’s doctor also released a statement: "He felt okay for his first event of the day, but given that he was not feeling better, point of care testing for COVID-19 was conducted, and the results were positive for the COVID-19 virus.

"Given this, the President will be self-isolating in accordance with CDC guidance for symptomatic individuals."

I tend to think that Biden was not feeling up to the speech after a busy week and decided COVID was a great excuse to head to Delaware early.

This will now put Jill Biden front and center to keep Joe’s campaign alive, with many of us believing she is the shadow president and the main reason that Biden decided to run for office again.

Jill has become power-hungry and is refusing to give up the gavel, so to speak, not to mention I believe there is significant friction between Harris and Jill Biden.

The next few days will be very telling, as Trump has received a significant bump in polling this week due to the convention and the failed attempt on his life.
