Biden Slams Special Counsel Over Comments on His Memory
When the investigation into Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents originated, I had stated that there was no way Merrick Garland would allow charges to be filed against Biden.
I was right on that front.
However, I missed the mark on why no charges would be filed, and Joe Biden was livid when defending himself against the comments made by the Special Counsel on this front.
Biden Goes Off
The report did not exonerate Joe Biden, as the White House and Democrats are stating.
Instead, it found him to be a feeble old man with a weak memory that would gain sympathy from a jury and not likely to get a conviction.
The report stated, “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
This was Joe Biden’s response…
Biden on this part of Hur's report "there's even reference that I don't remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that. Frankly, when I was asked the question I thought to myself: 'wasn't any of their damn business.'" https://t.co/nvQe4NBPZg pic.twitter.com/18BY8DHhHy

Now, there are two points I want to cover very quickly on this.
First, did you notice that Joe Biden had yet another mental lapse and could not remember where his son got the rosary?
Second, this is now the second time that the respective authorities have taken it upon themselves to let a high-profile Democrat off the hook due to how they thought the case would pan out.
The very same reasoning was used during the Hillary Clinton email scandal by then-FBI Director James Comey.
How about we let an actual jury decide instead of an investigator? If they have the evidence, their opinion on that matter should not be the deciding factor if the person has charges brought against them.
Next time, how about we put the matter before a jury and let the people decide?
