On the surface, Joe Biden is trying to put on a good front.
He even gave a ridiculous speech about how his plan is working to bring back the American economy.
As he was saying that, the inflation report came out that was much higher than expected, which, in turn, led to the market crashing.
We Need More Time
Joe Biden is now begging people for more time.
Translation: vote for Democrats in November.
Biden stated, "It will take more time and resolve to bring inflation down, which is why we passed the Inflation Reduction Act to lower the cost of healthcare, prescription drugs and energy."
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel responded, "Families simply can't afford Biden and the Democrats.
"Voters know that Democrats' reckless spending put us in this mess and the only way to clean it up is to vote those politicians out.
"While Biden and Democrats take an out-of-touch victory lap today, Americans struggle to fill their grocery carts."
I can vouch for that, operating in the negative for months, paying grocery bills that are double, sometimes triple what they were before.
Biden also rang the bell for supporters, warning about what will happen if they lose in November.
He stated, "If we lose the House and we lose the Senate, it's going to be a really difficult two years.
"I'll be spending more time with the veto pen than getting anything done."
Biden just admitted to being an obstructionist.
If the American people put Republicans in office, they clearly want Republican policy, so who is Joe Biden to stop that from happening?
But I say let him veto until his little veto pen runs out of ink.
Republicans should hit him with a bevy of legislation until his hand hurts.
Then, when 2024 rolls around, they can point to what they tried to do and how Joe the Unifier refused to work across the aisle.
