Biden Sending Staffers to Michigan to Woo Voters

Joe Biden has a big problem in a key battleground state.

Biden had sent campaign staffers to Michigan to try to woo the Arab American community to support his campaign.

That effort failed, so Biden is now reportedly sending his staff to do campaign work in an effort to flip “uncommitted” voters.

This all got started amid reports that Arab Americans were unhappy with Joe Biden’s Israel policy, so a campaign delegation headed to the state to discuss the issues.

The group was led by Julie Chavez Rodriguez, but it did not go well.

In fact, after Rodriguez spoke with some of the leaders, an afternoon meeting was canceled due to the fact the dozen or so people they were scheduled to meet never showed up.

Assad I. Turfe, a deputy Wayne County executive, stated, “I don’t believe that the Biden administration, at the senior top level, understands how big of a problem this is and how upset and angry the community is.”

Biden then switched gears and sent actual administration officials to talk to them.

More than a half-dozen high-level Biden officials made their way to Michigan not on official business, but to serve as campaign surrogates for Biden.

Dearborn Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud is also among the Arab American officials who stated he would cast an “uncommitted vote” during the primary race.

He explained on X, posting, “Under the direction of President Joe Biden, our government has failed to act to protect the lives of innocent men, women, and children.

“Worse yet, President Biden and his administration have suggested that there is an exception to this rule when it comes to Palestinian lives.

“There continues to be destructive decision making: eliminating funding for [the United Nations Relief and Works Agency], the agency responsible for the support of millions of refugees suffering from famine and starvation; and the continued support for billions in unrestricted US taxpayer dollars for Benjamin Netanyahu and his radical government’s genocidal campaign.”

These are people who will never pull the handle for a Republican, any Republican, but if they don’t pull the handle for Biden and sit on the sidelines, this is a big problem for Joe and his chances of winning the 2024 election.
