Well, the pundits finally got something right about this election.
After the red wave failed to form and Democrats did much better than expected, most pundits agreed that Joe Biden would misinterpret this as approval of his agenda and not a pushback against Donald Trump.
The consensus was that Biden would hold his ground and not change his agenda to try to get some momentum for 2024.
They were right.
On Wednesday, Biden confirmed that he would not change anything about his current agenda.
Takes Time
Even though more than 70 percent of the country says we are headed in the wrong direction, Biden says no.
Biden says his programs take time to settle in, and he will not change course.
When asked what his plans for change were, he responded, "Nothing, because they're just finding out what we're doing.
"The more they know about what we're doing, the more support there is."
Biden continued, "Do you know anybody who wants us to get rid of the change we made on prescription drug prices and raise prices again?
"Do you know anybody who wants us to walk away from building those roads and bridges and the internet and so on?"
Biden better hope he is right because Dems are on the verge of losing both the House and Senate right now.
If that happens, the only coals he will have in the fire are the ones he has already placed.
If they go down, so does the entire Democrat Party
