Biden Now Considering Pre-emptive Pardons for Trump ‘Enemies’

The pardon train is not done at the White House just yet.

Reports are breaking all over that Biden may issue numerous pardons before leaving office.

Among those believed to be considered are pre-emptive pardons for some of Trump’s biggest critics.

Blocking Trump

Does everyone remember how outraged Democrats were when Donald Trump was reportedly considering pre-emptive pardons for his son and allies?

Well, the Biden White House is now reportedly doing the same thing.

As proof that it is not Biden in charge here, the pardons are reportedly being led by Biden’s aides, and he has yet to be brought into the loop (which I do not believe).

The report claimed that White House counsel Ed Siskel is the one leading the discussions, reportedly to put together list of people like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Liz Cheney who could possibly be prosecuted by Donald Trump’s DOJ.

Schiff has actually spoken out against the pardons, stating, "I would urge the president not to do that. I think it would seem defensive and unnecessary."

That actually shocked me because Schiff is the one person that we know broke the law.

He is believed to be the source of leaked classified information that was sent to the media when Trump was in office, among other crimes.

Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-PA) supports the blanket pardons, believing these people could be “unjustly targeted by this vindictive scheme.”

Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) has also supported the idea, stating, "If it’s clear by January 19 that [revenge] is his intention, then I would recommend to President Biden that he provide those preemptive pardons to people, because that’s really what our country is going to need next year.”

Democrats, over the last four years, have talked about how much faith they have the justice system, but that all seems to be going out the window now.

My take is that you protect people in this manner when you know they have done something wrong, otherwise, it will all flush out in the courts.

Sure is funny how the narrative changes when the shoe is on the other foot.
