Biden Gets Marines in Trouble by Turning Policy Speech into Rally

Joe Biden just broke the law.

The only problem is that he will not be the one paying the price for it.

The moment Biden endorsed Democrats Shapiro and Fetterman, he put the careers of the entire Marine Band at risk.

In-kind Donation

The rule is that service members are not permitted to wear their uniform during a political campaign rally.

The entire Marine Band is in violation of that rule right now.

This happened because Biden stated, "Presumptuous of me to say that.

"But think about doing me a favor.

"Please, please elect the attorney general to the Senate.

"Elect that big ol' boy to be governor."

It does not matter that Biden got the two candidates mixed up… that endorsement turned the Marine Band's appearance to an in-kind donation.

A source close the band told Fox News, "I was unaware active-duty service members can wear the uniform at political rallies.

"Ask Defense Secretary [Lloyd] Austin if there is an exception to that regulation for Democrat campaign events.

"Anyone with eyes to see knows that the Marine Corps just gave an in-kind contribution to Pennsylvania Democrats before the midterm elections.

"And they'll do so again on Thursday in Philadelphia."

Remember the outrage when Trump did something similar on the South Lawn?

Well, where is the outrage by the media on this?

The White House and Defense Department have not responded to requests for comments on this incident.
