Biden, Harris Spent Millions on DEI Consulting, Race-Based Hiring Practices

President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have reportedly spent millions on funding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for federal agencies over the past four years.

The reports uncovered by the Daily Wire found that the Biden-Harris Defense Department paid outside organizations millions of taxpayer dollars to push DEI initiatives like race-based career advancement programs in the U.S. Military.

The documents detailing these initiatives were obtained by the Functional Government Initiative.

These documents illustrated the manner in which Biden and Harris spent millions of taxpayer dollars to hire consulting agencies and academic institutions to use race-based ideology in creating military programs and doctrine.

These agencies created hiring policies that gave candidates preferential treatment on the basis of race and sex. Most chilling, these consulting agencies were also tasked with crushing opposition to those racist policies.

Millions Promoting Racism

American tax dollars are being used by the Biden administration to fund and promote discrimination in the military and other federal agencies, and Harris wants you to vote for her in November.

Under the Biden administration, the military has been steadily corrupted, and liberals are using it to push their radical agenda.

This has exacerbated a recruiting crisis, as many Americans feel pushed out of the military, especially young white men who have formed the traditional backbone of the armed forces.

Now, if you are a young white male who likely has a family history of military service, there are active obstacles in your way.

Not only will you be looked over for promotions because of your skin color, but you will have to work in a culture that actively demonizes you.

In a statement to the Daily Wire, FGI spokesman Peter McGinnis explained, "The U.S. and its allies are facing challenges and threats all over the globe. Despite the increased concern for military preparedness, the DOD continues to prioritize DEI initiatives."

Surface Level Rot

The Democrat Party and the mainstream media are going into overdrive to push Harris for president now that Biden has stepped aside. With Harris, the rot is just below the surface and Democrats know they need to talk about her record as little as possible.

Millions are being spent on an ad blitz targeting everyone, because Democrats are desperate to cover up what Harris did as Biden's right-hand woman.

It doesn't take much to look into what the Biden administration has done in the past four years. There is a record of programs and initiatives in which Harris was complicit, and Democrats are doing everything in their power erase that history from the collective memory.
