The momentum is gone.
That is the news that Joe Biden got this week.
Biden is taking a significant hit in yet another poll that is usually Democrat-friendly.
The Politico-Morning Consult poll was one that the White House pointed to last time around to show how much everyone loved Joe now.
It will be curious to see what they say now that Joe’s numbers have dipped rather dramatically in the latest poll from these outlets.
Biden went from 46 percent last week all the way down to 41 percent this week.
That drop is very much on par with the drops we have seen in the other polls coming this week.
Biden's big push from his legislative “wins” is now gone.
The biggest hit that Biden took in this poll was among Democrats.
He had been enjoying a nice surge, reaching 85 percent.
That number has now dipped back to 80 percent, returning to the danger zone.
If you cannot carry at least 80 percent in your party, you can forget about the opposing party and independent voters.
Of all the polls that I have seen this week, there has been only one where Biden went up, and it was in the Reuters-IPSOS poll where he was still under 40 percent.
He went from 39 to 41 percent in that poll on his approval rating.
Joe Biden’s RealClearPolitics average is currently 42.5 approval to a 53.0 disapproval, still underwater by 10.5 points.
