Once again, Joe Biden has managed to embarrass this country while representing the United States on an international stage.
Biden was addressing the media in Hanoi after having attended the G20 summit.
As Biden started to ramble off on tangents, his staff cut off the media and shut down the press conference, reported the Daily Caller.
He's Not All There
At this point, it seems pretty clear that Biden is not all there, especially when he makes these long trips and is forced to work full days.
Biden gave his staff a clue that he was out of juice after a long-winded answer that made virtually no sense.
Biden stated, "I'll tell you what, I don't know about you, but I'm gonna go to bed."
That was at the end of about 25 minutes of taking questions from the media…
Biden was in Hanoi to discuss climate change with Vietnam leaders.
He continues to push this agenda, promising US taxpayer dollars to countries all over the world, but China and India continue to crank out carbon emissions at record levels, making this all nothing but white noise and a waste of taxpayer money.
This was actually the second time that Biden was being called out for having problems speaking this weekend.
Biden had given another long-winded answer, citing a John Wayne movie that used the line, "lying, dog-faced pony soldiers."
The problem is that John Wayne never used that line. The closest Wayne ever came to uttering that line was in "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon," where the line "dog-faced soldiers" was used.
Biden stated, "And the Indian scout, the Indian looks at John Wayne and points to the Union soldier and says, 'He's a lying, dog-faced pony soldier.' Well, there's a lot of lying, dog-faced pony soldiers out there about — about global warming, but not anymore. All of a sudden, they're all realizing it's a problem. And there's nothing like seeing the light."
By that scene description, it sounds more like Biden was referring to a Tyrone Powers film called "Pony Soldiers," but the line used in that movie is, "The pony soldier speaks with the tongue of the snake that rattles."
Needless to say, Biden's critics jumped all over that one as well…

I just don't know how anyone can watch that man right now and say he is capable of finishing out his term, let alone staying in the White House for four additional years.
