Yet again, he put his hands on a strange girl and made comments that were completely inappropriate.

I cannot imagine a situation where I would allow Joe Biden to get within 10 feet of a young female relative.
This young girl was having the time of her life... right up until Joe Biden put his hand on her shoulder.
That look of joy seemingly went to confusion, uncomfortable, and possibly even disgust...

The options are that Joe Biden is so clueless that he thinks this is being grandfatherly to strangers.
Or, he is simply creepy and cannot help himself.

Watch the video again and watch what the Secret Service agent does right before the video goes blank.
They KNOW this is inappropriate and instead of pulling Biden back, they just try to get them to stop filming!
I can only imagine what those agents have seen that we have not, yet they keep it completely silent rather than exposing this disgusting pervert.
Joe, keep your hands to yourself and leave these little girls alone!
