Biden Claims He Was Barred from Attending the Olympics

Joe Biden is at it again.

The aging president told another whopper.

This time, it was about defending not attending the Olympics and sending his wife instead.

Could Have Gone

According to Biden, he was barred from attending the Olympic games

Biden just said “they” barred him, without offering any explanation as to who “they” were.

This was a self-inflicted wound on Biden’s part, as he was talking about how badly he wanted to go this year.

Biden was honoring the Olympic team, and of course, he felt the need to throw himself into the story, so he stated, “Because I’m president and I cause commotion when I go places, they wouldn’t let me go the Olympics. But I watched it all. Jill, my wife, went to the Olympics.”

Biden then added, “The Los Angeles summer games in ’28 — I won’t be president. They can’t stop me from going there then.”

Trust me… if Biden wanted to go, he could have gone.

The protection given to Jill Biden is right along the same lines that Joe gets right now, so it would not have been that big of an issue for him to attend the event.

And by the way, he would not have been the first president to attend the Olympics, even overseas.

In 2008, George W. Bush attended in Beijing. In 1996. Bill Clinton attended in Atlanta. And in 1984, Ronald Reagan attended in Los Angeles.

An international trip is always a bit more difficult than a domestic one, but I would love Biden to define who “they” were to prove he is not lying again.

Something tells me that will never be followed up on because Biden gets a free pass from the media every time this type of nonsense comes out of his mouth.
