Biden Campaign Ad Slamming Buttigieg’s Inexperience Resurfaces

When Pete Buttigieg was named as Secretary of Transportation, I just about had a heart attack.

I railed at the time that he was not qualified for the position.

As the failing mayor of a small town, he could not fix the transportation and infrastructure, so how was he going to handle the entire country.

Joe Biden thought the same thing during the presidential campaign.

Video Never Goes Away

With Buttigieg's obvious failings running the transportation department, people are getting a bit more curious why Biden put him there.

Now, we know this was a payoff for his dropping out of the race, but there were plenty of other places where Biden could have put him to give him a title and keep him out of trouble.

During the campaign, even Biden took shots at Buttigieg for his inexperience…

That narrative changed when Biden nominated Buttigieg for his cabinet position.

Biden, at the time, stated, "He speaks to the best of who we are as a nation.

"I am nominating him for Secretary of Transportation because he's equipped to take on the challenges at the intersection of jobs, infrastructure, equity, and climate."

On the same day that Biden nominated Petey, he also deleted that ad from his campaign pages and website.

Now, administration critics have revived the ad…

Matt Whitlock added, "Regular reminder that before he named him as Transportation Secretary, Joe Biden mocked Mayor Pete for his inexperience, noting that one of his greatest accomplishments was installing twinkly lights under bridges. Probably should've listened to his own ads."

"This was one of the most devastating ads of the Dem Primary. And a huge indictment of the Biden team's decision to name Pete a cabinet Secretary."

This entire administration is one big payoff for political favors, which is why it is such a disaster.

Two more years, my friends, two more years.
