One of the more significant stories of the week was the racist rant by LA Councilwoman Nury Martinez.
She had an utterly disgusting rant regarding a fellow council member who had adopted a black son.
She has resigned, but there were several other members present that the Biden White House would like to see resign as well.

The White House has called the comments "unacceptable" and "appalling."
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that Joe Biden believes all three councilmembers should resign.
Then she added, "Here's the difference between Democrats and Republicans: When a Democrat says something racist or antisemitic ... we hold Democrats accountable.
"When a MAGA Republican says something racist and or antisemitic, they are embraced by cheering crowds and become celebrated and sought after."
That, of course, is 100 percent a lie.
I don't know a single person that I would consider a MAGA Republican that does not immediately call out racist comments within the party.
Anyone reading my columns knows I go off on this all the time.
And, if KJP wants to start calling out Democrats for racist comments, she can start with her boss...
I would love to see a member of the media have that video cued up on their phone during the next White House presser.
