Biden Bought Beach Home Within Weeks of Hunter’s Threat to Chinese

In 2017, a mere five months after leaving office, Joe Biden bought his dream beach home in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

That home cost more than $2.7 million, and a lot of people want to know how a man who had almost no net worth after leaving office had somehow put together enough scratch to buy that home.

Only weeks after that, Hunter Biden texted his Chinese buddies demanding a $10 million-a-year deal.

Coincidence?

According to a new report, Biden bought the home with cash… so now that message from Hunter to the Chinese is getting a lot of attention.

In 2017, Joe and Jill Biden pulled down $11.1 million, double the money Biden had made over the previous 18 years ($5.8 million).

Biden raked in the cash from the book, book tour, and speaking engagements.

Most of the money that Biden made was routed through a company called CelticCapri Corp. Financial statements show the company earned $9.5 million in 2017, and $2.7 million in 2018.

So, again, by June 2017, how was Biden in a position to plunk down almost $3 million for a beach home?

The Hunter text that is getting all the attention was clearly implying that Joe Biden was part of the family business.

It stated, "I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.

"Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand.

"And now means tonight."

The message continued, "And Z if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction."

Hunter concluded, "Ok my friend – I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very, very, very important."

According to metadata, Hunter was at his father's house in Delaware when he sent that text, although there is no proof that Joe Biden was actually in the room.

Runlong "Raymond" Zhao has been identified as "Z" from that text, who was an associate at Chinese oil giant CEFC, the company Hunter was trying to get the $10 million deal with at the time.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) commented on the odd timing of this, stating, "The fact that Joe Biden purchased a luxurious beach house around the same time his family was receiving millions from a CCP-linked company raises many questions that need to be answered.

"The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money trail to determine the extent of President Biden's involvement in his family's influence-peddling schemes and its impact on our national security."

Something here does not jibe, especially the timing of Biden buying that home with cash halfway through the year.

He more or less would have been putting every penny he had in the bank down on that home at the time, which even Joe Biden is not stupid enough to do.

A payoff of some sort had to be made for Biden to have access to that much cash so soon after leaving office.

Hopefully, one way or the other, Comer can find it.
